BY JOAN WANJIKU,NAIROBI,20TH APRIL,2022- The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission says it shall reject the candidature of any person nominated by a political party for any elective post if they are not qualified.
In a statement, the electoral body stated that anybody who is also not be eligible for election under the constitution, the Elections Act or any other written law.
