BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,12TH APRIL,2022-Deputy President William Ruto says leaders who abuse the trust bestowed on them by the people aren’t fit to hold any leadership position.
In a direct attack on his political competitors, Ruto said, Kenyans are being subjected to politics of deceit and betrayal in reference to the ongoing wrangles in Azimio on decision making.
“The integrity of a leader is measured by their signature and their word. If the two do not mean anything then no integrity lies therein. If your signature means nothing then you do not deserve any leadership position in this country,” He said.
DP Ruto spoke at the Ngong Racecourse in Nairobi after 12 parties signed a coalition agreement to join the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.
