BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,9TH MARCH,2022– The independent Electoral and bounders Commission has appointed Marjan Hussein Marjan as the Commission Secretary and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). According to the post on its twitter account, Marjan emerged top candidate out of the five that had been shortlisted.
The Commission declared and advertised vacant posts for the Commission Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Deputy Commission Secretary (DCS)- Operations for competitive filling.
