DCI detectives in Narok impound Bang worth KSH 10.7Million -PHOTOS

BY CORRESPONDENT,NAROK,17TH SEPT,2021– Directorate of criminal investigations officers in Narok have impounded Bang worth 10.7 million shillings. The bang  was seized in a Toyota Vanguard model car registration number KCL 135 L which had been packed in a church in Nairegia Nkare area of Narok North.

According to DCI officials who spoke to www.upesinews.co.ke , they believe that the owner of 358.5 Kgs cache   will be arrested as they had been able to obtain   information on the vehicle which they believe will help them arrest him.

Father  Antony Kilonzo,who is the father in charge St Joseph the worker parish where the vehicle was found, said an unidentified man took the car to the church and  disappeared on Thursday evening.  He thought come Friday morning, the owner would show up and take his car  but that was never to be and that is what prompted them to report to the police.

 

 

 

”It looked like it belonged to one of our congregant who packed his car in the church compound perhaps to spent a night until the following day when he would take it, but that dint happen’’. He told www.upesinews.co.ke. He added that while going to animate the Friday morning mass at around 7am the said vehicle was still in his compound. Investigation have commenced.

Upon reaching out to the  Narok CCIO MR S Mwenda for  a commend, he told our reporter that he could not commend on the issue until concrete information is obtained.
