BY JOAN WANJIKU,NAIROBI,24TH DEC 2019-Murang’a Woman Representative Sabina Chege now says she is ready to leave the Jubilee party if a section of its leaders continued jeopardizing President Uhuru Kenyatta’s efforts in fighting corruption.
According to brief video posted by Daily Nation on Tuesday, December 24, Ms Chege, stated that the president was fighting against corruption but some Jubilee Party members were sabotaging it.
“Wakicheza na sisi, either tutawang’ao Jubilee ama tuwaachie (If they play with us, we will either kick them out of Jubilee or we will leave the party to them),” she said .
The law maker further warned it’s leaders to abide by the set rules and support the president as he completes his term.
Her sentiments has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans with others telling her to pack and go while others supporting her stand.
