BY JOAN WANJIKU,NAIROBI,17TH SEPT 2019- A survey conducted by United Kingdom advisory firm All Africa Advisors has ranked Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua as the best performing county executive followed by his Kakamega and Nairobi counterparts Wycliffe Oparanya. Nairobi governor Mike Sonko comes in third in that order.
The firm’s survey conducted between June and August this year, puts Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana as the fourth best county chief with Mombasa’s Hassan Joho ranked fifth.However Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu was listed as the worst performing governor.
The firm also stated that infrastructure development is the topmost priority for most constituents and has the highest impact on satisfaction levels and perception of county government effectiveness.
The firm specializes in commercial and developmental projects in Africa.
