BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,11TH OCT 2018-Brian Kassaine, who was being investigated over the murder of Monica Kimani cabn now breadth easy after a high court in Kiambu ordered him set free but with condition.
Principal Magistrate Justus Kituku on Thursday however ordered him to report to the DCI every Thursday for two months to facilitate the investigation.
Kassaine, has been in custody for 10 days, and will also surrender his passport to detectives to ensure he does not leave the country.
It will be recalled taht Kassaine was arrested after detectives established that the prime suspect in the murder Joseph Irungu alias Jowie used his gun in an apparent suicide bid after allegedly killing Monica.
Jowie and his fiancée Jacque Maribe will plead to murder charges on Monday next week. The two were were arraigned in court on Tuesday and remanded until Monday .
