BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,6TH OCT 2018-Baringo senator Gideon Moi endorsed the call for constitutional reforms through a referendum.Moi who is also KANU chairman join other several top politicians in the country who has announced their support for the move.
Mr Moi said the clamour for a referendum is inevitable due to the many challenges the country is facing.
Without mentioning names, Mr Moi, in a statement, said it is wrong for some leaders to oppose the referendum.
