Kibera fire leaves families homeless

BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,14TH JUNE 2018-Several families have been left homeless after fire broke out in Nairobi sprawling slums of Kibera.
The Wednesday night incident occurred in Lain saba area.
The cause of the incident according to Nairobi police boss Joseph Ole Tito is yet to be identified. ‘the cause of the fire is yet to be known but it is suspected it was started by someone who was warming his or her house.”.He said
He stated that fire engines had difficulties in accessing the site as roads are poor in the area.
There was no injuries reported from the incident and police have launched investigation .
