Human body can ingest  poisons through various ways some of them which are known such as mining,industrial waste,or through foods and drinks we consume on a daily basis.Poisons can also get into our bodies through different medicines we take to treat disease such as antibiotics.

When your body accumulates high amount of poisons the situation can result to adverse health problems.Some of these problems can manifest through excess fatigue,body aches,joints pain,constants headaches,passing of hard stool,irritability, feeling weak for long,eating more times a day than recommended, as well as skin diseases among others.

Here are some of the ways that have been medically proven to help in helping the body get rid of unwanted poisons.:

Ensure that one of your main daily dish is made of pure fruits

you need to personally make a decision to ensure that on a daily basis instead of eating cooked or processed foods ,you consume different types of fruits  with time this tradition will greatly help you body to get rid of poisons.It is also one of the most powerful detox method known so far for it doesn’t have any side effects but only has benefits.As you do this use fresh water or fruit juice as your drink.

Eat Traditional foods more often as compared to processed foods.

Exercises are important just like food.whether you are overweight or not,you are having body aches or not you must exercise.You must sweat and ensure you do not do this only during weekends but as much as you can.It is recommenced that you should exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week.

Eat foods rich in fiber

It must be a tradition to consume foods rich in fiber this helps the body in easing digestion. Fiber rich foods include avocados,black beans,carrots,bananas,brown rice,Apple,Oranges,sweet potatoes,whole wheat,brown bread,and un processed maize meal.

Get enough sleep

You must ensure that you get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.When you get enough sleep your body is able to get enough rest and strength to face another day.This is how the body gets rids of poisonous substances.

Avoid over exposure to  hazardous environment

Places such as mining quarries,Aggro vets and aggro chemical  selling shops,highly industrialized areas emitting polluting smokes .These are known to be primary sources of  which poisons enter our bodies.
