BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,12TH FEB 2018-Lawyer Miguna Miguna has gone to court challenging the move by the state to stripe him of Kenyan citizenship.He wants reinstatement of the same.
Miguna who is currently in Canada after he was deported has moved to court through his lawyer, Nelson Havi seeking to be allowed back into the country and his passport reinstated.
He has blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto for his woes. He told CBS News that the ‘despotic’ duo was afraid of his immense influence on the opposition supporters.

Miguna was deported to Canada last Tuesday evening after being held by police for five days.
