BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,3RD FEB 2018-Police have arrested Makadara MP George Aladwa.WWW.UPESINEWS.CO.KE has established that Aladwa was arrested Friday night while at his Buru buru home.Minority chief whip in the National Assembly Junet Mohamed has said.
Mohamed who is also the Suna East MP said the Mr Aladwa is currently being held at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation headquarters.
Aladwa’s arrest comes two days after the arrest of Lawyer Miguna Miguna and Ruraka member of parliament TJ Kajwang.The two were arrested in connection with the controversial swearing in of NASA leader Raila Odinga as people’s president.
They have since been released on Ksh 50,000 bail.It is not however clear why Aladwa has been arrested with sources saying it could be due to similar reasons.
