We are not ready for any more dialogue but we welcome open and sincere talks that will restore democracy, says NASA as it down plays divisions within coalition

BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,18TH JAN 2018- The national Super Alliance NASA says  its plan to swear in  Its principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka are still on and the event will happen as scheduled.Addressing the press on Thursday at the Okoa Kenya offices in Nairobi NASA strategist David Ndii  also down played any possibility of holding talks towards sharing the government with Jubilee administration. ”We had talks in 2007 and 2013  and yet it dint help anybody,what we want is an open all inclusive dialogue that will incorporate our people which is genuinely aimed at  restoring the democracy in our country”.said.Ndii.

Ndii has also said the ongoing people’s assembly meetings will still go on as scheduled until they achieve its objective .On Friday NASA will have a meeting to drum up support for People’s assembly in Ukambani  region specifically in Machakos.

Ndii has further urged NASA supporters to ignore any propaganda being peddled in some section of the media about divisions brought about by sharing of house committees slots which are reported to have angered Wiper party members.

On formation of the government Ndii says Jubilee administration was in office illegally since the repeat elections held on 26 October last year was a sham with  two  quarters of Kenyans staying away.”We know that what was held on October 26 last year a coup which jubilee called an election,in fact it is Jubilee who are in office illegally ,when  swearing in Odinga we are doing that on the basis of August 8 election results”.he added.
