BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,8TH JAN,2018-The outgoing directorate of criminal investigation Ndegwa Muhoro left office officially om Monday handing over to the new head of spy agency George Kinoti .The changes  are as a result of reshuffles done by president Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday January 5.Muhoro will wait to be redeployed elsewhere after president Kenyatta  mentioned the same during the announcement.

The changes did not only affect Muhoro but also deputy inspector  general of police  Joel Kitili and  deputy inspector general Samuel Arachi  and the two are also awaiting to know their next destination. The changes also saw a total of   13 cabinet secretaries fired.Only six were retained.
