BY CORRESPONDENT,MAKUENI,28TH DEC 2017-A police officer Wednesday night shot dead his commander in Makueni in mysterious circumstances before escaping. police have launched a man hunt for the officer who went missing after committing the act.The officer fled with his pistol which he used to commit the crime.
The officer is said to have shown signs of anger and even threatened to kill someone before he opened fire on the Deputy OCS and two of his colleagues as they sought to know what was the problem.
The two injured officers have been admitted at the Makueni referral hospital and another referred to the Moi Forces Referral Hospital.
The officers suffered shoulder and legs injuries respectively.
