BY JOHN WERU,NAIROBI,26TH DEC 2017-A matatu sacco   which owns psvs that ply Githurai 44 to the Nairobi CBD is on the spot of  its driver and conductor allegedly  beat and killed a motorist on Sunday afternoon  following a disagreement .

The  Marimba  sacco crew  killed Joseph Kiarie Ngethe  attracting uproar on social media with Kenyans demanding justice for Joseph Kiarie Ng’ethe and action against the matatu operators.

Police say the notorious matatu crew who killed Kiarie in Zimmerman, Nairobi, on Christmas Eve was operating a vehicle belonging to Marimba Investment.

Kasarani OCPD Robinson Mboloi said they had impounded the matatu involved in the incident as investigations continue into the heinous act.

No arrests had been made.

Mr. Kiarie was allegedly beaten to death after a minor accident where the matatu hit his car on the front.

Those who witnessed Told WWW.UPESINEWS.CO.KE the victm’s  car was hit by the matatu, he came out of the car and as he spoke with the driver of the PSV, a misunderstanding ensued and touts hit him on the back of his head with a metal rod. Kiarie, who was driving to a car wash, collapsed and died as the suspected criminals fled the scene.
