Tragic: A family of five perish in Uriri Migori county after fire engulfed their house

BY CORRESPONDENT,MIGORI,24TH DEC 2017-Five  people of one family perished  last night after their house  was burnt in mysterious circumstances   in Uriri constituency Migori county

Area chief Samuel Onjiko told reporters that the fire broke out at midnight when the five were sleeping.

Confirming the incident Uriri AP commandant Michael Ojwang said that they suspect that it was an arson attack adding that investigations were still ongoing  to establish the cause of the fire.

The bodies of the  five  who perished who  include a mother, father and three children have been moved to migori level 5 hospital mortuary.
