BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,11TH DEC 2017-Kenyans will Today (Monday December 11) know reasons for dismissing  petitions filed by Harun Mwau and Njonjo Mue together with Khelef Khalifa  challenging the outcome of repeat presidential poll held on October 26.

The judges while giving a ruling on the two petitions three weeks a go they promised to  inform the country after  21 days  reasons behind their move.

They will deliver their full decision from 2pm.

The petitioners, through lawyer Julie Soweto, had urged the six judges not to fear nullifying the poll for the second time, saying by sending Kenyans back to the poll, they would be upholding the rule of law and constitutionalism.

According to the lawyer, by validating an “illegal election” the court will be dividing Kenyans more, if they are not, already.
