BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,21ST NOV 2017-Education stakeholders have gathered at Kenya inistitute of curriculum development where Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi is expected to release this year’s Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination results.
Candidates will be able to access their results through SMS and online platforms by sending their index number to 22252 or visiting the KNEC website at https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke and enter their index number respectively.
The swift release is attributed to the use of machines in marking the exams scripts unlike the previous years where the exercise was undertaken by teachers.
The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) purchased 20 machines at a cost of Sh100 million to enhance marking of scripts.
