BY CORRESPONDENT,NAKURU,22ND OCT 2017-A four storey  building which had been planned for demolition  collapsed in Nakuru Town on Sunday evening.Four people who were in the same building have been evacuated safely  after the disaster which occurred shortly after 5pm.WWW,UPESINEWS.CO.KE has established that the  building is situated along Mburu Gichua road in the town was housing several business enterprises.

Rescue operations  however were still going on at the time we went to press with officers from the Kenya Red Cross Society  leading the efforts.It is feared that some people are still trapped within the building  even as rescue operations continues.

The four-storey building had been earmarked for demolition by the National Construction Authority.
