BY JOHN WERU,NAIROBI,5TH OCT 2017-A return to work formula between Clinical officers and the ministry of health has finally been signed bringing to an end the tussle that has been ongoing between the two sides for almost three months now.
The clinicians have been asking for harmonized terms of service between them and other health service providers including allowances.
Unlike their nurses counterparts who have been on strike for the last three month the clinicians are now expected back to work Monday.Addressing the press after the signing ceremony held at the at Afya House,Health cabinet secretary Cleopa Mailu and council of governors chair Josephat Nanok have welcome the move saying it will go along way in ensuring that Kenyans get proper medical services.
The two have urged the string nurses to give dialogue a chance in addressing their grievances.
