BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,5TH SEPT 2017-NASA Leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday led other coalition principals to campaign rallies in Kisii and Nyamira counties where he insisted that the current independent Electoral and boundaries Commission IEBC cant be allowed to preside over the second around of elections.

Odinga who was accompanied by other NASA principals Musalia mudavadi ,Moses Wetangula and Kalonzo Musyoka said they will not take part in that poll if presided over by Chebukati led team.
Odinga also reiterated his call that contentious issues raised by the court must be well addressed before a new date for the fresh poll is agreed upon with all stakeholders being in a agreement. ”We can not proceed to the election if some people who committed numerous serious errors during the August 8 poll are still at the commission .”he affirmed.
