BY JOHN WERU,NAIROBI,28TH AUG 2017-The supreme court hearing on the NASA petition challenging president Uhuru Kenyatta has been adjourned until 11am Tuesday when the third respondent lawyers will be given an opportunity to give their submissions.
While adjourning the sitting on Monday evening chief justice David Maraga said the Tuesday timings will be cut out with friends of the court also getting a few minutes to commend on whichever side they will be speaking for.
According to Maraga the major task of the day will be compiling the report of submissions given and availing it to the parties concerned before finally concluding the session.
Maraga was however categorical that only one lawyer per party will be allowed to be part of the report compilation as such the friends of the court will not be allowed to take part in the final report preparation.
The seven judges ruling is set for Friday 1st of September.
