BY EURIDICE NZIOKA,NAIROBI,7TH AUG 2017-A group of elections Observers on Monday expressed confidence about the Tuesday elections saying it will be free and fair. led by Former U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry,the group expressed who met with chief justice David Maraga at his office expressed optimism Kenyans will conduct free ,fair and transparent General Election come Tuesday 8th August.
Kerry said he is representing the Carter Center Observer Delegation which is in the country to ensure the country has a free and fair poll.
David McAllister, who heads the European Members of Parliament Observation Group, says that the delegation will deploy observers to monitor the poll process.
Addressing the same meeting on the Judiciary’s readiness for the election Maraga said that the courts are ready to tackle any electoral disputes that might arise during tomorrow’s election.
