BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,28TH JULY 2017-The national Super Alliance NASA claims that it had documents which shows that  a meeting took place at state house Nairobi where plans to rig elections were mooted. Addressing the press in Nairobi Friday 28th July ,NASA’s presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his deputy  running mate Kalonzo Musyoka says they will not allow to  participate in an election whose results are already known .

According to  NASA  the documents in its possession shows that presidential ballot papers have already been brought into the country having been marked as special transits goods from Dubai. ”Telling us to go to Dubai and witness printing of presidential ballot papers was the most stupid thing as the papers are already in the country.” said Odinga.

Odinga says that  plans were at the advanced stage to dispatch the armed forces to go guard the said papers in various parts of the country.

”The attempt by Uhuru Kenyatta to involve some members of our military to interfere in Aug 8th Elections is illegal and amounts to a coup”.said Odinga

NASA now wants the independent Electoral and bounders commission IEBC to come clear on the status of printing of presidential ballot papers  by Al Ghurair firm. Raila also says that that is why IEBC  insisted  the presidential ballot papers be printed only by the Dubai firm.

NASA’s claims comes when the THIRD FORCE ALLIANCE presidential candidate Dr Ekuru Aukot  claimed that by the time they got to Dubai  to inspect the presidential  ballot printing process already  the papers were in the country.

The independent Electoral and Boundaries commission IEBC has however denied that claims.Through its twitter handle on Friday 28th July it said nothing could be far from the truth.
