Kenya is ready for change,Odinga asserts as he meets Kiambu delegation

BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,3RD JULY 2017-The National Super Alliance NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga says  Kenya is ready for change of leadership in the country.He says come 8th of August Kenyans  have  a date with destiny  and they will vote in the trans formative leadership

Speaking when he received over 10 members of the Jubilee party who decamped to the orange democratic movement ODM on Monday 3rd July in Nairobi,Odinga said  that the Jubilee party can never win the coming elections unless they stole the votes.

He  further says that since independence of the country many region including central part of the country continue to wallow in poverty even with  several governments having been in power since then.

He accused the Jubilee government of deceiving Kenyans about their development records while the development the party claim to have achieved can not be seen or translated  unto the ground. ”The  high cost of living is affecting every kenyan whether in Nairobi,Nyanza ,Central,Eastern and the coast” he said.

Odinga’s sentiments comes just a day before the coalition takes the campaigns to president Uhuru Kenyatta’s backyard of Kiambu county.Odinga will lead other NASA principals of Musalia  Mudavadi,Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Isaac Ruto  on the campaign trail in Kiambu county on Tuesday 4th July ,with  the aim of consolidating the coalition’s votes and support from the region a head of the August 8 elections.
