BY NAMULONGO PETER,25TH JUNE,2017-The National Super Alliance( NASA )presidential candidate Raila Odinga has once again accused the Jubilee government of running down the economy o the country.
Addressing a campaign rally in Budalangi Busia county Sunday 25th June,Odinga said it was unfortunate that the cost of basic items such as Maize flour and sugar is way beyond the ability of mwanachi while the government in power is watching.
He speaking in Funyula Odinga promised that the NASA government will lower the cost of living within a hundred days in office.
He further accused Jubilee leadership failing to fulfill most of the promises they gave in 2013 elections with many projects still unattended two especially in western region.
Odinga also revisited the promise of free secondary school education by NASA government saying as early as September this year should they be elected into office no parent will pay for school fees for their children from nursery school all the way to secondary school.
Odinga ‘s sentiments were also echoed by Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula who asked Budalangi residents to support NASA candidates in the August 8th Elections.
The NASA campaign trail toured Mau Mau,Ganga,Matayos,Changara,Malaba,Simba Chai and Busia.
