BY JOHN WERU,CORRESPONDENT,5TH JUNE 2017-The national Super Alliance (NASA ) has said it will implement the free secondary school program by September this year if elected into office in August 8th Polls.NASA leaders Raila Odinga,Moses Wetangula,Kalonzo Musyoka and Musalia Mudavadi who took their campaigns to Machakos county Monday said they are the ones who fisrt talked about free secondary school program before Jubilee hijacked.
They have termed Jubilee as liars who have always lied about development projects they claim to have implemented over the last four years.
NASA says they will not only implement free secondary education but the same program will be extended to tertiary institutions as well.
The subject has been a thorny one especially after Jubilee’s president Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto claimed that it was their idea which NASA had taken .

NASA leader Musalia Mudavadi has called for thorough investigations to bring to book those who killed Lubia,he says this year alone several important people from the western region have been murdered mysteriously with the government of the day not showing any willingness to carry out investigation and bring to justice the perpetrators.
His sentiments were echoed by Rala Odinga who Wondered on the manner in which the officer was murdered considering that the killers were not in hurry to leave after committing the crime taking time to even enjoy some drinks that were in the house.
The gangsters who were armed with crude weapons and Knives were in full administration police uniform and executed the murder before walking away with household goods including Phones,television,hoofers, a car belonging to the late lawyer and cash.
The late lubia is said to have expressed fear for his life and it to his family recently the fear that emanates from his work place.However it was not immediately discovered whether he had given the same information to the police.
