This is after the parliamentary accounts committee recommended in a report that she should be bared from contesting any political office.
The committee which has been investigating her alleged involvement into the NYS saga which lead to misuuse of close to a billion shillings belonging to the state run body said in parliament Wednesday that Waiguru was in charge when
the plundering of millions was taking place and should therefore be the first person to be held accountable .
The Nicolis Gumbo led committee has been investigating Waiguru since she was forced to step aside last year after the NYS scandal first came to the limelight.
The other suspect in the scandal was Josephene Kabura who upon questioning had told the committee when she was made to appear before it that at one time she could carry a million shillings in sack and take it to the bank.
The investigation about her claims and assertions are still ongoing even though all seems to have fizzled away since nothing has been herd from her since her questioning late last year.
