Addressing the Jubilee party National delegates conference held at the Bomas of Kenya Saturday 6TH MAY 2017,the president said he had instructed the leader of government business in the national Assembly Aden Duale to see to it that immediately the national assembly resumes its sittings from next week a motion is presented to discuss and fining approve the amendments to the national budget in order to set a side resources that will be channeled to funding the most basic commodities such as maize meal.
