BY SAMSON MBII,NAIROBI,5TH MAY 2017-The high court has stopped the national Olympic committee elections that were slated to take place this Friday.
The decision comes after the Taekuondo Association of Kenya went to court challenging the legality of the exercise.
The association claimed that the elections were against the law since the winner of the position of the chairman had already been known especially after all contenders withdrew and lefty only one candidate the former world record marathon champion holder Paul Tergat.

The high court says the exercise has to wait until the case us hard and determined.
