BY SAMSON MBII,NAIROBI,3RD MAY 2017-The Sportpesa Premier League match between two soccer giants AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia popularly known as ‘Mashemeji Derby’ is set to be played this Sunday at the Nyayo national stadium in Nairobi and not at Afraha stadium in Nakuru as earlier announced .
The match had earlier been postponed indefinitely due to security reasons at Afraha.
Gor Mahia will face AFC Leopards for the first time this season on Sunday at the Nyayo national stadium.
Gor Mahia are currently second on the table with 16 points, two points behind surprise leaders Posta Rangers.
Kogalo have won five of the eight matches they’ve played so far, drawn one and lost two games.
Their opponents AFC Leopards are fourth on the table with 14 points, having won four matches, drawn two and lost two matches.
Gor Mahia got the better of the Leopards in their last fixture, winning 2-0 at the Nyayo national stadium in October last year.
