BY NAMULONGO PETER,NAIROBI,20TH FEB 2017-The director of public prosecution Keriako Tobiko has criticized Nairobi senior Magistrate Charity Oluoch for her decision to acquit Gatundu North member of parliament Moses Kuria and his Kabete counterpart Ferdinand Waititu acquittal in a hate speech case they were facing for lack of sufficient evidence .
Tobiko says the ruling which was delivered this morning is a severe setback in the fight against hate speech and sets a bad precedent.Tobiko says he will file an appeal against the ruling .
