BY KORIR JUMA,NAIROBI,15TH DEC 2016-President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday begun his two day official visit of the western kenya region where several development projects will be launched.Speaking during the inauguration of Pan paper Mills in Webuye the head of state urged residents to look the development record of the Jubilee Government in light of the paper mill and other projects inaugurated in the area as a true commitment to improving the livelihood of the people in the region. President Kenyatta told off the opposition saying it had no development record whatsoever even after spending years in Government.”The Jubilee Government is committed to ensuring that we put the development agenda on the forefront in every region.”he said.
President Kenyatta when he officially inaugurated Rai Paper in Webuye, Bungoma County on DEC 15TH 2016. The company will positively contribute to the economic growth of this region.
The mill has now produced its first paper in 10 years fulfilling the pledge we made to residents & bringing hundreds of jobs back to Webuye.
The president also Issued title deeds in Chepyuk and addressed wananchi.He said his Government was committed to ensuring land is distributed equitably throughout our country.

The head state also launched the construction works of the Kopsiro-Kapsokony road in Mount Elgon among other projects which he were on his first day program .On friday he will launch other projects in the region among them unveiling of medical equipment s at the Bungoma county hospital..
