While dismissing the case, Justice Joseph Onguto said that the matters Gov. Kabogo wanted to be determined were not within the court’s jurisdiction.
The judge specifically pointed out that the issue of leadership and integrity is a matter that can be dealt with accordingly by institutions mandated under the law.
As justice Onguto dismissed the case, he slapped kabogo with the bill for the legal costs of the suit.
Kabogo had sued Waititu, claiming that he owns a fake degree from Punjab university and that he breached the leadership and integrity act.
